The Grizzlies didn’t play any defense as they allowed the Jazz to hit 50% from the floor and they were outrebounded 46-38 by the Jazz and those are the reasons for the loss last night. Dahntay Jones led the way for the Grizzlies with a great game off of the bench with 26 points and 4 rebounds. Pau Gasol had an outstanding game too with 25 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocked shots. Tarance Kinsey had the best game of his young career with 20 points last night.

The Grizzlies got a nice home win last night. Mike Miller had a solid game with 25 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the way for the Grizzlies. Pau Gasol also had a really good game with 21 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 blocked shots.

Mike Miller (17 points, 5 rebounds) and Rudy Gay (16 points, 10 rebounds) both played well too last night for the Grizzlies.

Brian Cardinal has season ending surgery

Brian Cardinal underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on his left knee last Tuesday and he will miss the remainder of the season. He played in 28 games this season and he averaged 11.2 minutes, 4.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. He also was a good three point shooter this season as he hit 40.9% of his attempts.
